The First Punt
So I guess this is kinda the beginning. I am a horny guy and I very much enjoy porn. To that extent I do spend quite a bit of time making up for what was my lack of sex in real life by looking at porn on the internet. One day in browsing around I came across an advert somewhere that talked about sex parties, and how there were parties around the UK that you could pay to go to and shag gorgeous women. Wow! I thought. What a great idea. Kinda expensive way to get your jollies, but being quite a kinky guy myself (or so I think) I thought that one day that would add to my mental list of things I’d like to try in this life. I searched around further and found a whole website dedicated to these parties.
This in turn liked to a site called punternet.com, which allows guys to review their encounters with prostitutes (or working girls, as they mainly prefer to be called). As a guy who generally likes to research all the options of everything before I buy/do it (I am a nightmare in a DIY shop!) I thought this was a great idea. My initial viewpoint was that of probably most of the population, in that prostitutes are women who walk around seedier parts of cities in will offer to have sex for money to feed their drugs habit. Then their pimp takes all their money and beats them up – he probably coerced them into doing this in the first place to make him some money.
Well reading some of the posts on Punternet I started to very quickly change my mind and see a whole other side of things that I guess most people never realise. That whilst the above does happen, there are in fact many women out there that work of their own free will, are not druggies, do not have pimps and enjoy their work. Look at it this way: you can work flexible hours, the pay is good, you are your own boss, you get paid to do something that feels great, you meet all sorts of different people. Sounds pretty good doesn’t it?
So what about health? Aren’t I going to catch some horrible disease and my dick drop off (Listen to ‘Drips’ by Eminem *cringe*)? Well no, probably not. Think about it, whatever industry you work in, you are likely to want to protect yourself right? Welders wear masks, bike couriers wear helmets, doctors wear gloves. The same goes with the sex workers industry. The independent women you come across don’t want to catch anything off you just as much as you don’t want to catch anything off them. Hence they are very protective. In fact most of them know a hell of a lot more about STDs and general sexual health than the general public. There seems to even be an unspoken code of practise that these women subscribe to. Any of them that does anything dangerous will get reprimanded by the others in the community. Who would you be safer with: a professional that knows what they are doing and is tested regularly or a drunken one night fumble with some random one night stand in a nightclub? Makes you think doesn’t it?
